We published a story recently about Mitchell resident Rebecca Culhane being featured on the “American Idol” website, despite her not appearing much on the television show. I surfed the site a little more this morning in anticipation of tonight’s show and found yet another photo of Culhane: http://www.americanidol.com/photos/season_10/behind_the_scenes/los_angeles_auditions/48901/. This one is in a gallery titled “Behind the Scenes: Los Angeles Auditions.”
Should we assume that Culhane’s exposure on the “Idol” website means she’s alive in the competition and will soon be prominently featured on the television show?
I think the only thing that photo proves is she auditioned in Los Angeles subsequent to her My Space audition. Idol gossip sites suggest she was cut in Hollywood. http://j.mp/ewnslB
